Supreme Court on Kolkata Rape & Murder | "Don't Raise Your Voice!" | Chandrachud I SIbal I Barkha

Amid thousands of doctors protesting on a global scale, The Supreme Court today heard the suo motu case related to the rape and murder of a doctor at the state-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. A Bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud ordered the protesting doctors to resume work by 5 pm tomorrow. This directive followed senior advocate Kapil Sibal’s submission that 23 individuals have died due to inadequate medical treatment.
