ED Seeks Lookout Notice Against Byju Raveendran

The Enforcement Directorate requested a lookout notice against Byju's founder, Byju Raveendran, prior to the edtech firm's February 23 Extraordinary General Meeting, ANI reported on February 22. The ED urged the Bureau of Immigration to prevent Raveendran from leaving India. Karnataka High Court declined to intervene in an emergency shareholder meeting aiming to remove Raveendran from Byju's leadership.
