Minority Community Member Shot Dead by Terrorists in Kashmir 

One person belonging to the minority community was killed, and another person was injured after terrorists opened fire on civilians in an orchard in the Chotipora area in South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday, officials said.

“Terrorists fired upon civilians in an apple orchard in the Chotipora area of Shopian. One person died, and one was injured. Both belong to the minority community. The injured person has been shifted to the hospital. Area cordoned off,” said a police spokesman.

Meanwhile, additional police parties have reached the spot, and an operation has been started to nab the attackers.
