PM Modi Inaugurates Sela Tunnel

Indian PM Modi unveiled the cutting-edge Sela Tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh, a milestone in northeastern development, marking a series of initiatives. Commencing from Itanagar, the project is part of a vast infrastructure drive totaling Rs 55,600 crore across Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh. Laid in 2019, the tunnel aims to ensure year-round access to Tawang, crucially near the India-China border.
