Surgical Robot-Making Company Sued

In the US, Harvey Sultzer, who's mourning his wife's passing, is taking Intuitive Surgical to court for more than $75,000. He says their da Vinci surgical robot is to blame for Sandra's death. Apparently, during her colon cancer surgery in September 2021 at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, the robot accidentally scorched her organs. Despite its fancy precision claims, it seems it messed up big time.
