Blast in Chandigarh Residential Area

Chandigarh police have arrested one person after a grenade blast at a house in Sector 10. The explosion, caused by two people in a rickshaw, damaged windows, but no one was injured. CCTV shows the rickshaw speeding away right after. Investigation are ongoing.
