Chaudhary Charan Singh Conferred Bharat Ratna

Freedom Fighter, Politician and Former Chief Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh has been conferred India's highest civilian honour, Bharat Ratna. On this occasion, his grandson, Jayant Singh spoke to the media and said that he had no words to express his pride and happiness.
