Despite heavy public scrutiny and her prestigious family legacy, Navya emphasized the importance of being aware of her privilege and responsibility that comes with it, “I want to use my privilege positively by doing my best to impact other people and help them in whatever way I can by taking advantage of the opportunities and resources I have.”

Shweta values her personal life very dearly and is a private person, “That’s my way of dealing with it, and being in the public eye all the time is very intimidating for me because I’m shy. I’d rather be in my own world, reading and doing my own thing.”

Shweta follows the same rules when it comes to raising her son and daughter. Navya stated that her mother has never prevented her from having an experience, whether positive or negative because it helps shape them into who they are.

Shweta stated that many young girls suffer from  anxiety as a result of low self-esteem, “Let us start celebrating life as it is.” She insisted that parents should encourage their children to be confident in their own skin.

“We as a society do not appreciate our mothers and the work they do.”

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how much time goes into running the house or being there for your kids all the time,” Navya expressed.

“It is critical to include and listen to women’s voices in the family. We’ve always asked the women in the house to have their own voice,” Shweta said, adding that it is important that women band together and encourage each other, “I am a subtotal of women in my life.”
